Kevin Puckett, On the Top Search

To make effective new connections you need to be interesting and memorable. Learn to efficiently introduce yourself and give a quick pitch about your business. Practice in our Speed Networking session following breakfast.

Kevin Puckett is the founder and CEO of On the Top Search, LLC. Kevin founded OTTS back in 2015 while earning his Juris Doctor at the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law. Kevin is recognized as an expert in Facebook/Instagram advertising & marketing, Google Adwords, website development, and email marketing. Kevin’s certification of expertise includes, but are not limited to: Facebook BluePrint certification, Google Academy of Ads certification, and Hubspot Academy Email Marketing Certification.

Building a balanced business is a three pronged approach we call the “Trinity of Management”. Assessing your strengths and weaknesses in each area can help you build a successful business. We will dive into each prong and help you analyze your business management structure.

Keli Morris is the facilitator with Northwest Missouri Enterprise Facilitation, a non profit organization that provides free and confidential one on one consulting with entrepreneurs and small business owners in the 6 northwest counties of Missouri. Prior to this Keli was the Vice President and Manager of a local bank. She has spent her career working with the business community and enjoys helping people be successful in their endeavors.

Kamara Roach has an impressive HR background. She is SPHR and SHRM-SCP certified and holds a Master’s degree in HR Administration from Central Michigan University. Prior to starting SBG Midwest, Kamara was the top HR executive for an international railroad and construction contractor.

Ingersoll has also served as Executive Director of the Savannah Chamber of Commerce for 3 years where she oversees all aspects of the organization.

He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Insurance and Risk Management from Missouri State University and is a Certified Insurance Counselor. He enjoys working with local and regional businesses, helping them to reduce risk and protect with insurance in case of a loss.
